This is their 2nd year together.  Team Rankin had a very successful 2008/2009 season qualifying in 6 events on the World Curling Tour resulting in a 9th place standing on the CTRS.  They were qualifiers in the 2008 Trail Appliances Curling Classic.  Their consistent performance has earned them a berth into the 2009 Olympic Pretrials.
